YES Standard Snowboard 2026

The Yes Standard Snowboard is anything but ordinary.

This board redefines all-mountain freestyle with its Directional Volume Twin shape and MidBite edges for killer float and locked-in edge hold. Whether you're slashing pow, dropping cliffs, or boosting natural features, it handles it all with style and control. A true backcountry freestyle weapon, built for riders who want one board to rule every zone.

A directional twin snowboard combines the freestyle versatility of a twin shape with a slight directional emphasis. While featuring a symmetrical shape for switch riding, it incorporates a subtle directional aspect, such as a slightly longer nose or setback stance, enhancing performance in one primary direction. This design maintains a playful feel for freestyle maneuvers while optimizing stability and control, particularly in powder or variable conditions. Ideal for riders who enjoy the park but desire enhanced performance on groomers or in specific terrains, a directional twin provides a versatile compromise between freestyle agility and directional stability.

    PRODUCT FEATURES

    Rocker Type

    • CamRock – The response of camber with the floatability of rocker. Camber between your feet acts as a spring, keeping your contact points on the ground as you go in and out of turns and allowing you to keep that edge hold longer. Once compressed the camber will accentuate the rocker and lift the nose out more, allowing it to float.

    Flex

    • Flex Rating – 8 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff)

    Shape

    Directional Twin

    • UnderBite – UnderBite edges re-distribute a rider’s weight in such a way that it enhances turning ease and edge hold. Creating divots inward at the binding area reduces and disrupts the surface area of the edge that has contact with the snow while the board is turning. This segmentation of the sidecut into 3 key zones focuses your body weight onto areas that initiate, hold and release turns.

    Core

    • Torrent Core – Made with 20% Poplar and 80% Paulownia, this core is lighter than the standard 50/50 blend. Poplar adds reliable flex and stability, while Paulownia cuts weight without sacrificing strength. The result is a light, responsive, and durable snowboard built to handle a variety of riding styles and terrain.

    Laminates

    • Triax Glass Fiber Construction – Triax Glass Fiber Construction uses fiberglass woven in three directions to provide a perfect balance of torsional stiffness, durability, and energy transfer. This construction enhances edge hold and stability at speed while keeping the board responsive and lively underfoot.
    • Freestyle L Fiber Reinforcement – Stringers of carbon in a dynamic L-Shape from the insert pack to the tip. This design enhances nose stiffness, increases torsional response, and delivers exceptional stability.

    Base

    • Sintered Base – Crafted by fusing tiny polyethylene particles under heat and pressure, creating a porous, durable surface. Known for superior speed and wax absorption.

    Additional Features

    • Slam Back Inserts

    Binding Compatibility

    • 2 x 4 Inserts
