Do you offer professional assembly for bicycles purchased online?
Yes. All bikes shipped from Skiis & Biikes are pre-assembled and inspected by certified mechanics. Some minor assembly, such as attaching the handlebars and pedals, is required upon delivery to ensure safe transport in the shipping box.
What is your return policy for seasonal sporting goods?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items, provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, mounted ski bindings and used safety equipment like helmets cannot be returned.
How long does shipping take for oversized items like skis or bikes?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. Due to the size and specialized handling required for skis and bicycles, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for our warehouse team to perform a final safety inspection before dispatch.
Can I bring my online purchase to a physical store for service or adjustments?
