Shimano SH-RX600 shoe were designed for gravel racing thanks to their super stiff and lightweight carbon composite sole with a rigidity of 10. The system engineered with SPD pedals allows maximum pedaling efficiency and stability. For off the bike capability, abrasion-resistant lugs provide great grip in gravel while still offering pedaling performance.
The upper is composed of both synthetic leather and mesh combining all-day comfort and great breathability. The BOA system was anatomically designed to reduce pressure and tension on the highest points of the foot. By wrapping the foot securely, and in a uniform method, comfort is improved and added power transmission created. The Boa Fit System offers infinite adjustment for a glove-like fit with on-the-fly one-handed adjustments and convenient fast release. The heel stabilizer improves heel hold. Shimano Dynalast helps reduce energy loss on long rides by promoting a smoother, more energy-efficient upstroke.
