The Sheeva 10 is a free spirit that refuses to be constrained—its versatile 102 mm waist-width will chew up couloirs, get first tracks after rope drops, smear through tight trees, and carve cleanly on the way back to the lift. The Blizzard Sheeva 10 Skis float just fine in fresh, actually rail clean arcs on hardpack, and sport the ideal combination of nimbleness and power in tight trees and chutes - in short, they handle just about every condition on the mountain with grace and style. Ability Level

Skiers that have moved beyond the basics and feel more comfortable on the slopes making strong parallel turns with solid edge control. These skiers are exploring more of the mountain and ski the majority of the runs at most resorts, but still improving their skills to take on the hardest runs with confidence. The majority of intermediate skiers can adjust and manage their speed while adjusting to a variety of terrain and snow conditions.

Very experienced skiers that can easily tackle all types of terrain. Event at high speed, these skiers are balanced, controlled and confident. They ski efficiently with strong technique not matter what turn shape or at any speed. Expert skiers enjoy the challenge of variable conditions and terrain — from groomers to deep snow and tight trees to wide open faces - while adjusting quickly to unexpected obstacles along the way.

FEATURES: 

Rocker Type

• Rocker Camber Rocker – Ski profile with rocker at the tip and tail, camber in the middle. Reducing the pressure on the edge at the tip and tail makes the ski even easier to handle and increases flotation on powder snow. The camber guarantees great grip on packed snow.

Core

• TrueBlend Freeride Core – Combining Beech, Poplar and Paulownia woods in a uniquely balanced blend that's tailored to the performance needs of each Rustler or Sheeva ski, the TrueBlend Free cores are labor-intensive but allow the flex to be tuned more precisely than ever before.

Laminates

• FluxForm W.S.D. – Two pieces of Titanal run the length of the ski on either side and taper toward the extremities of the ski. Combined with separate composite plate underfoot, this construction allows for precise edge grip and dampening underfoot while allowing the tips and tails to flex freely. FluxForm varies according to model, with the Sheeva 9 using more metal than the 10 or 11.
