Blizzard Anomaly 88 Ski 2026

Ski to be different - ski to make everday something new - today is not an ordinary day.

Are you looking for a ski that helps you level up? You found it! Enter the Anomaly 88. Whether you're piping groomers or bouncing throwing bumps, this is the ski you need. For the unrelenting high-pressure dry spells when snow hasn't fallen for weeks, this ski keeps it fun. Anomaly 88 is just as solid accelerating to 60 mph as it is braking to zero thanks to Trueblend woodcore and FluxForm All-Mountain metal layup. Give it a go with this one because the Anomaly 88 will elevate your game.

The Blizzard Anomaly 88 strikes a smart balance between power and precision, offering impressive stability with a more approachable feel. While it's not designed as a direct replacement for the iconic Brahma, it delivers about 95% of the top-end stability while adding a welcome boost in agility and control at moderate speeds. This ski shines in tight terrain and technical situations, where its maneuverability and smooth turn initiation make a real difference. A touch more tip rocker than most skis in the 88mm category helps it float through light snow and transitions with ease.

Ability Level

Skiers that have moved beyond the basics and feel more comfortable on the slopes making strong parallel turns with solid edge control. These skiers are exploring more of the mountain and ski the majority of the runs at most resorts, but still improving their skills to take on the hardest runs with confidence. The majority of intermediate skiers can adjust and manage their speed while adjusting to a variety of terrain and snow conditions.

Very experienced skiers that can easily tackle all types of terrain. Event at high speed, these skiers are balanced, controlled and confident. They ski efficiently with strong technique not matter what turn shape or at any speed. Expert skiers enjoy the challenge of variable conditions and terrain — from groomers to deep snow and tight trees to wide open faces - while adjusting quickly to unexpected obstacles along the way.

FLEX Stiff
ROCKER Early Rise Tip and Tail, Camber Under Foot
WIDTH 88mm
BINDINGS Bindings not included

FEATURES:

Rocker Camber Rocker – Ski profile with rocker at the tip and tail, camber in the middle. Reducing the pressure on the edge at the tip and tail makes the ski even easier to handle and increases flotation on powder snow. The camber guarantees great grip on packed snow.

Core

TrueBlend All Mountain Core – TrueBlend core of Beech and Poplar, tailor-made for each Anomaly model and each length.

Laminates

Two-Piece Upper Titanal Laminate for Grip and Stability – No longer a single sheet of Titanal, the Anomaly series uses a two-piece laminate with a sheet of fiberglass in between the layers. The upper layer of metal resembles the shape of the FluxForm Titanal layer in the Rustler skis and the second layer fills in the gap in the center.

Lower Titanal Laminate – A full width Titanal laminate is placed under the core.

Sidewalls

Full Length ABS Sidewalls – Provide direct energy transfer under the bindings and precision during the turn.
